PAYMENTS:

BOBSCURRENCY.COM  accepts the following forms of payment.

PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, & Discover. These forms of payment are all made thru PayPal. There is no charge for you to pay thru PayPal. It's a very safe and secure method of payment.

You may also pay with personal check, money order, or cashiers check. Items will ship as soon as personal check clears. All other payments, items will ship within 24 hours.

CANCELLED ORDERS:

Any order submitted may be cancelled prior to shipping, by email only.

BOBSCURRENCY.COM   will refund the purchase price plus sales tax and shipping and handling charge of a cancelled order originally paid by check or money order, as long as email cancellation notice is received prior to shipping. A refund check or the original check or money order will be mailed within 7 business days of an email cancellation.

Credit card purchases will be refunded back to your credit card minus a 10% restocking fee. This pertains to cancelled orders originally paid by credit card as long as an email cancellation notice is received prior to shipping. Credit card reimbursement will be issued within 7 business days of an email notification.

All shipped orders are subject to the RETURNS policy outlined below.

RETURNS:

BOBSCURRENCY.COM   provides you with a full 30 day return policy, subject to the following exceptions and conditions.

Coins sold in paper wrapped rolls, and US Mint bags are sold "as is" and may not be returned.

Silver and Gold Bullion coins are subject to market fluctuations and may be returned if in original holders for same amount paid.

Returns must be approved and confirmed by email in advance.

All items must arrive in the same condition as originally shipped.

Certified coins must be returned in their original holders.

Returns must be sent via the US Postal Service only.

Certified coins must be returned by US Registered Mail only.

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of merchandise
